After the registration statement takes effect, they plan to rename the trust and list it on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “ZCSH”. The document reveals that DCG International Investments Ltd, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group (DCG), is in discussions with the initiators to subscribe for approximately 200,000 shares of the trust, but no binding agreement has been reached yet, and the final number of shares subscribed for may also change or be cancelled.
