Around midnight on the same day, the Ukrainian Air Force issued a warning that multiple ballistic missiles were flying towards Kyiv from Chernihiv and Poltava provinces. Subsequently, Xinhua News Agency reporters heard several loud explosions in Kyiv, followed by a brief interruption in power supply in the Dnieper District where the reporters were located.
