US OCC expects stablecoin regulations to be finalized before November

According to CoinMeta, the US Monetary Supervision Agency (OCC) stated that the final stablecoin regulations are expected to be completed before November. Jonathan Gould (Jonathan Gould), the head of the agency, said that they hope to finalize these regulations by November, and applications from stablecoin issuers may become available in 2027 once the law takes effect.
