According to CoinMeta, Metaplanet will inject 2,100 bitcoins and $2.5 million in cash into Super League Enterprise, with a total investment of approximately $134.6 million. After the transaction is completed, Super League Enterprise will be renamed Superplanet Inc and become a consolidated subsidiary of Metaplanet. Metaplanet will hold approximately 93.6% of its equity and receive 44.86 million common shares, preferred shares, and warrants. Superplanet will continue to be listed on NASDAQ, while Metaplanet currently holds 4,300 bitcoins.
