During a teleconference with analysts, Furner mentioned that the shopping assistant is a great example. He noted that the number of customers using this assistant has increased by 70% compared to last year, and customers and members who use it spend 40% more per order than those who do not. Furner also shared an example where someone recently asked for a weekly meal plan with high-protein healthy foods; within seconds, the assistant provided recipes and meal kits, and allowed the user to add all the necessary ingredients to their shopping cart with just one click.
