According to CoinMeta, on-chain analyst AI stated that Anthropic's CEO Dario Amodei is concerned that GPT-3 might get too close to AGI, hence he refuses to go to China, believing that this could lead to abduction risks. Dario currently holds only about 2% of the shares, and Anthropic is considering providing founder shares with higher voting rights in order to maintain stronger control after the company goes public. The company has also established a long-term interest trust to ensure control over the board of directors.
