According to CoinMeta, after months of consolidation, the crypto market has rebounded to $2.4 trillion, with the total market value reaching $2.42 trillion on Wednesday, an increase of 10.7% from the previous day. During this period, the market value of the top 20 cryptocurrencies all rose by more than 12%. Analysis indicates that capital inflows from whales and institutional investors were the main driving force behind this rebound. On Wednesday, Bitcoin ETF saw a capital inflow of $517.2 million, the highest daily inflow since May. Ethereum ETF also performed strongly, with an inflow of $186.8 million, the highest daily inflow since October last year. At the same time, the market's strong reaction was also driven by forced liquidations; data shows that more than $2.73 billion in short positions were liquidated due to price increases during the week. Although current market sentiment is optimistic, there is still uncertainty due to the possibility of further actions by the Trump administration against Iran, which could lead to new liquidation events.
