Sun Yuchen: The court has ruled that my claim will be heard in an open court
2026-08-21 04:27:18
According to CoinMeta, Sun Yuchen stated on social media today that his legal team attended a hearing at the California federal court, opposing World Liberty Finance’s attempt to push the dispute into a secret arbitration process. The court supported his position, ruling that all individual claims would be heard in open court. Sun described this as a major victory, as the judge dismissed World Liberty Finance’s claim that all company-related claims should be arbitrated, and ordered both parties to negotiate to determine which claims would remain in court and which would be submitted for arbitration. Sun emphasized that token holders have the right to see how the project treats those who trust them, and said he will not rest until the community receives the transparency it deserves.
