According to CoinMeta, as peace negotiations between the United States and Iran remain stalled and the security situation in the Middle East continues to deteriorate, the volume of maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz on Thursday decreased compared to the previous day. Preliminary data from the ship tracking company Kpler show that a total of 7 cargo ships passed through the Strait of Hormuz on Thursday, fewer than the 14 that did so on Wednesday. Among them, 4 ships entered the strait and 3 left it. The data indicates that no ultra-large oil tankers (VLCC) or liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers passed through this narrow maritime route on Thursday. However, one ultra-large gas carrier transporting propane and butane sailed out of the strait via the Iranian route.
