According to CoinMeta, the creditor committee of Bitcoin mining pool Poolin was established on August 12th, and a law firm was hired on behalf of all creditors to intervene in and supervise the bankruptcy process. Currently, the case is regarding the sale and liquidation of bankruptcy assets, so creditors do not need to hire their own lawyers; they can submit their claims through the official Verita Global page. According to the information on the page, Poolin Technology Pte, Ltd, and two other debtors applied for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code on July 22, 2026, and the case is being jointly adjudicated by the bankruptcy court of New Jersey, USA.
