According to CoinMeta, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong stated that clarity in crypto regulation will arrive through a Senate vote on September 15th or the introduction of new federal regulatory rules on September 16th, with either path advancing the process. He pointed out that the Digital Assets Market Structure Act, Clarity Act, was passed by the U.S. House of Representatives on July 17, 2025, with 294 votes in favor and 134 against, but has since stalled in the Senate. Armstrong also mentioned that the price of Bitcoin is likely to reach $300,000 to $400,000 by 2030, citing factors such as increased adoption by institutions, a stabilization of Bitcoin's supply, and improved clarity in U.S. crypto regulation.
