According to CoinMeta, as reported by The Block, Grayscale has submitted the 5th revision of Zcash Trust to the US SEC. The plan is to convert the existing Zcash trust fund into spot ETF and rename it Zcash ETF. The initiation fee for this ETF is set at 2.5% per year, and it will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ZCH. Bank of New York Mellon will act as the transfer agent, while Coinbase Custody Trust Company and LLC will serve as the custodians.
