SGP-0001 proposed to approve the “Solana Constitution” and to implement an on-chain governance mechanism. SGP-0002 suggested increasing the inflation rate reduction from the current 15% to 30%. SGP-0003 proposed to split the Solana base transaction fee into a fixed base fee paid to the block leaders, as well as a resource fee that fluctuates based on transaction resource costs and is 100% destroyed.
