2026-08-24 14:10:54
According to CoinMeta, D2 Finance raised five public concerns regarding Tori Finance's actions to fill the gap after the Term Finance incident. These concerns included the pre-minting of 250,500 TRUSD instead of using existing USDC reserves, the source of the minted collateral, funds coming from Kraken hot wallets, the transparency page showing a buffer range of only about $17,600, as well as doubts about Delta Neutrality verification, high-yield money market positions, and hedging methods. In the Term Finance governance vulnerability incident, RockawayX Tori USDC Vault lost approximately 454,000 USDC, and RockawayX and Tori Finance stated that this loss had been fully covered by them.
