According to CoinMeta, and as reported by The Block, 48-year-old founder of a San Francisco-based gaming company, Japheth Dillman, has been convicted of telecommunication fraud by a federal jury for operating a fraudulent crypto trading fund named Block Bits Capital. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
