According to CoinMeta, Wall Street analyst Lance Vitanza stated that investors who hold 1 BTC and use ETF will only be left with 0.95 BTC after 20 years due to the continuous accumulation of fees. However, through a well-operated financial company, investors could end up with 3 to 5 BTC after 20 years. He pointed out that the key lies in which company is able to maintain investors' confidence during periods of market downturn.
