Fanduel and Draftkings have each invested 3.5 million dollars, while Warhorse has signed agreements with Fanduel, Draftkings, and MGM. Kalshi and Polymarket have already provided sports betting services in Nebraska, and the state has not yet filed any lawsuits against them. The bill proposes to use 70% of the betting taxes for property tax credits, expecting to generate 87 million dollars in revenue over five years, and it also limits the number of operating platforms, requiring that servers be located within Nebraska.
