According to CoinMeta, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (00883.hk) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its net profit attributable to the parent company in the first half of 2026 was 85.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23.4%. The company's operating revenue was 242.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.9%, both setting new records for the same period in history. The main cost per barrel of oil was 29.7 US dollars per barrel of oil equivalent, maintaining a good cost competitive advantage. To reward shareholders, the board of directors decided to distribute a mid-year dividend of 0.94 Hong Kong dollars per share (including tax) for 2026, which is a new high since the company went public.
