According to CoinMeta, Iranian military spokesman Mohammad Akramian ( Mohammad Akraminia ) stated that Iran has upgraded its military capabilities and is accelerating the reconstruction of damaged infrastructure after the end of the war. Akramian mentioned that in response to potential further attacks by the United States, Iran plans to adjust its military strategy from a defensive posture to an offensive one to protect its own security. He also said that during the final stages of the war, Iran carried out several "pre-emptive actions." He claimed that the attack on a U.S. military base in Jordan effectively deterred further American attacks. Akramian also stated that if U.S. soldiers enter Iranian territory, the Iranian government will offer financial rewards to anyone who captures them. He also announced that Iran has made significant progress in rebuilding the infrastructure that was destroyed during the war and has acquired new military equipment. Regarding the Strait of Hormuz, Akramian said that ships will be monitored by Iran before entering the strait and will only be allowed to pass with Iranian permission.
