According to CoinMeta, entities suspected of being associated with a16z purchased HYPE cryptocurrency in the past two days through 12 addresses, using a method referred to as TWAP, with a total investment of over 24 million US dollars. Specifically, these 12 addresses planned to buy a total of 148,700 units of HYPE. At a price of $81.7 per unit, the total amount was approximately 12.15 million US dollars, of which at least 8.49 million US dollars were actually executed. This funding operation seamlessly followed previous purchases; the previous 12 execution addresses had invested a total of about 11.968 million US dollars to buy 148,100 units of HYPE. At 10:21 a.m. today, these 12 new addresses almost simultaneously repurchased the 148,100 units of HYPE they received in the previous round and deposited them back into hypercore, with the entire process taking only 12 seconds. Meanwhile, the same 12 original execution addresses that were responsible for the previous purchases received another total of about 11.998 million US dollars of USDC and immediately initiated a new round of purchases worth approximately 12.15 million US dollars.
