According to CoinMeta, the Core Lightning team issued a warning on Wednesday, stating that artificial intelligence ( AI ) had discovered multiple vulnerabilities in Core Lightning ( CLN ), which is the Lightning Network implementation of Blockstream. The report further indicated that the AI-based CVE revealed these issues, and maintainers are informing node operators to install the upcoming emergency updates when they become available. The Core Lightning maintainers are making every effort to provide emergency fixes.
