According to CoinMeta, Wu said that he learned that the president of etf store, Nate Geraci, stated that although BlackRock has achieved significant success in the crypto ETF market with IBIT, ETHA, and ETHB, it still refuses to launch spot cryptocurrencies other than BTC and ETH, and has not even launched index-based cryptocurrencies ETF yet. He believes that this is essentially equivalent to BlackRock judging that other crypto assets do not yet possess sufficient investment value. However, for a asset management giant that owns nearly 500 products covering almost all major asset classes ETF, this stance is becoming increasingly risky. He expects that BlackRock will eventually change its strategy and launch more spot cryptocurrencies ETF.
