According to CoinMeta, based on early monitoring of in, the double deflation proposal for Solana reached the required number of votes 27 hours before the voting ended. The current participation rate is 33.84%, with 25% of voters in favor of the proposal. If the proposal is approved, the deflation rate for Solana will double to 30%, which is expected to result in a reduction of about 18.9 million SOL tokens issued over six years, equivalent to approximately $1.47 billion at current prices.
