According to CoinMeta, Wu said that in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, iren reported revenue of $137.2 million, which was basically in line with expectations. After adjustments, EBITDA amounted to $19.2 million, about 53% lower than expected. AI's cloud service revenue increased from $33.6 million to $70.5 million, while bitcoin mining revenue decreased from $111.2 million to $66.7 million. The company is currently operating ARR with a capacity of about $1 billion, and the capacity for 2026 has been almost fully sold out, corresponding to contracts worth approximately $4 billion. Additionally, a new multi-year contract with Frontier AI Lab has been signed. In the recent three years, the annual revenue from each IT MW contract has exceeded $20 million, with some negotiation prices reaching around $25 million. iren plans to increase the cumulative IT capacity from about 0.3GW in 2026 to about 0.8GW in 2027. The total amount of existing cash, committed GPU financing, and customer prepayments amounts to about $14 billion.
