Dunamu and Visa Reach Strategic Cooperation to Explore Stablecoins and AI Financial Services

According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Yonhap News, Upbit, South Korea's largest cryptocurrency exchange operator Dunamu, announced a strategic partnership with Visa. The collaboration will focus on the field of stablecoins and new-generation finance and payments driven by AI. Both parties plan to explore financial services such as payments based on stablecoins and global remittances, and are considering developing related business models using the open-standard US dollar stablecoin OUSD. In addition, they will also study services that combine AI with stablecoin payment and settlement infrastructure, including Agentic Commerce where AI acts as an agent for users to complete product searches, purchases, and payments. The specific service architecture has not yet been determined, but progress will be made gradually in accordance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
