According to CoinMeta, on August 28th, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) added entities operating under names such as "Starbridge Capital," "Starbridge Capital Group," and "sbcfx" to a warning list, categorizing them as unlicensed companies. The SFC stated that these entities did not obtain a license in accordance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance or are registered in Hong Kong, and therefore are not permitted to engage in any regulated activities in Hong Kong, nor are they allowed to promote related services to the public there. The official website of "sbcfx" indicates... Previously, Starbridge Capital experienced an abnormal margin call incident involving gold trading in London. Following the incident, the company's office in Hong Kong was abandoned, and the Hong Kong police have taken the case as fraud, although no one has been arrested yet.
