Yangtze Memory Technologies responds to lawsuit against the US Department of Defense

According to CoinMeta, ChangXin Storage filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Defense on August 28th, Eastern Time, accusing the department of incorrectly listing it as a “Chinese military enterprise.” ChangXin Storage stated that the company is not a military enterprise and only develops and produces dynamic random access memory (DRAM) products for commercial and civilian use; these products are not used for military purposes.
