According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Al Jazeera, today, a fourth residential building under construction in Qusra ( Qusra ) was attacked by Israeli settlers. The reason for the attack was that six Palestinian residents attempted to take protective measures. These residents went to install metal fences on the building to protect their property from increasingly violent attacks by Israeli settlers, which included throwing stones and burning materials. After the Israeli army arrived at the scene, they threw tear gas at the Palestinians inside the house, causing injuries to the property owners. Instead of driving away the Israeli settlers, the Israeli army arrested the six Palestinians. These people were later released. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu issued a statement saying that the perpetrators were just “a small group of troublemakers” and accused them of “hindering the Israel Defense Forces from carrying out their tasks and damaging Israel’s status in the world.”
