According to CoinMeta, US spot Bitcoin ETF recorded a net outflow of approximately $201.9 million on August 28, ending a streak of nine consecutive days of capital inflows. Although this one-day outflow has drawn attention, it still appears small compared to the billions of dollars in inflows since the product was launched. Inflow data indicates that the daily activity of ETF may fluctuate, but in the long term, spot Bitcoin ETF continues to attract a large amount of capital. The result on August 28 ended the trend of net inflows, as the previous day (August 27) recorded a net inflow of $242.3 million. Although the outflow on August 28 does not necessarily indicate a overall weakening in institutional demand for Bitcoin, Ethereum ETF continued to experience net inflows during the same period.
