Fomo Acquires Mobula: User Growth and Financial Data Disclosure

According to CoinMeta, as reported by GlobeNewswire, the on-chain trading platform Fomo has acquired the proprietary software and intellectual property of on-chain data aggregator Mobula. The founders of Mobula, Sacha Marcus and CTO Sacha Delhoux, as well as the person in charge of infrastructure Cyril Conan, have joined the engineering team of Fomo. The number of users on Fomo has doubled since early July to 1.9 million, with over 30,000 new users per day, and in August, there were more than 1.2 million active users. The platform's monthly transaction volume increased from $500 million in June to $1.5 billion in July, and it is expected to exceed $2.8 billion in August, with monthly revenue of about $17 million and annualized revenue of over $200 million.
