Cango Announces 2026 Q2 Financial Results, with Revenue of 50.8 Million US Dollars

According to CoinMeta, Cango ( NYSE : CANG ) announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of 2026. The revenue was 50.8 million US dollars, a decrease of about 50% compared to the previous quarter. The net loss from continuing operations amounted to 81.6 million US dollars, which was narrower than the 261.1 million US dollars in the first quarter. This was mainly due to a impairment of mining machines amounting to 42.9 million US dollars and losses from the disposal of equipment totaling 8.5 million US dollars. After adjustments, the loss for EBITDA decreased to 10.7 million US dollars. At the end of the quarter, the company's operational computing power was 27.58 EH /s, of which 19.84 EH /s was from self-operated mining and 7.74 EH /s was from leased computing power. The quarter's output was 656 BTC, and the average cash cost per BTC dropped to 73,313 US dollars. As of the end of June, the company held 1,056 BTC. In terms of infrastructure, its three MW sites in Georgia, USA, were completed at the beginning of July. It is planned that the first batch of revenues is expected to be recognized in the third quarter. The company has also deployed test nodes in Texas and on the West Coast of the United States.
