According to CoinMeta, Bitcoin analyst Willy Woo has published estimates of the number of BTC holders in various countries. The global adoption rate of Bitcoin is approximately 4.5%–6%, corresponding to around 370 million to 500 million holders. Among them, India is estimated to have about 68 million BTC holders, ranking first globally, followed by the United States with about 50 million and China with about 33 million. If calculated based on the proportion of holdings per population, Vietnam ranks around 17th, the United Arab Emirates around 16th, and the United States around 14th.
