According to CoinMeta, Russian President Putin stated at a press conference held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, that the losses incurred by Ukraine during the 40-day offensive ordered by Zelensky are approximately equivalent to 1% of Russia's GDP. Putin pointed out that the attacks by Ukraine have caused significant damage to Russia, but that the losses are not unbearable for Russia. He also mentioned that during this round of attacks that began in June, Ukraine damaged about 100 Russian vessels, with about 40 of them being damaged in the first two weeks. In addition, Putin said that currently, only about 10% of Russia's refineries' damaged facilities need to be repaired. Zelensky threatened to shut down commercial air transportation over Russian airspace through the large-scale deployment of drones, to which Putin responded that Russia will find a way to deal with it.
