According to CoinMeta, NVIDIA is in advanced negotiations with the artificial intelligence startup Hugging Face to acquire it for approximately $14 billion. The transaction amount includes $12.9 billion for the acquisition and $1 billion for an employee retention plan. No final agreement has been reached yet, and the timing of the transaction as well as the specific terms may still change.
