Wyoming State Stablecoin Commission Deepens Cooperation with Chainlink
2026-09-02 21:18:35
According to CoinMeta, the Wyoming Stablecoin Commission in the United States announced a deepening of cooperation with Chainlink, officially adopting Chainlink reserve certification as the exclusive on-chain asset verification infrastructure for its official stablecoin Frontier Stable Token ( FRNT ). Under this mechanism, accounting firm The Network Firm will follow AICPA standards to independently review the reserve assets and supply of FRNT, and in conjunction with Chainlink PoR, the verified reserve data will be pushed onto the chain nearly in real-time. Wyoming launched the first state-issued fiat-backed stablecoin in the United States, FRNT, in January of this year, with reserves mainly invested in US dollars and short-term US Treasury bonds.
