According to CoinMeta, recently due to the intensification of military conflicts between the United States and Iran, the price of Brent crude oil has risen to nearly $96, and the price of WTI crude oil has also broken through $90. On Wednesday, Brent crude oil futures rose by 0.8% to $95.40 per barrel, while US WTI futures rose by 0.5% to $90.66. Both rose by more than $4 on Tuesday, recording the largest single-day increase since July. The market is concerned about supply risks in the Strait of Hormuz, leading traders to be willing to pay a geopolitical premium for crude oil.
