Bitfinex Analyst: Bitcoin's downside is limited, with the current cost benchmark at $76,350
2026-09-03 02:31:46
According to CoinMeta, an analyst from Bitfinex stated that Bitcoin absorbed selling pressure at the active investor cost benchmark of $76,350, with the price fluctuating between $76,500 and $79,500 over the past five trading days. Although the average loss in September was 2.95%, Bitcoin remained above the real market average, reducing the risk of a deep correction. The analyst pointed out that $76,350 is seen as a key support level for the market, rather than a fixed price. In August, Bitcoin saw a 24.9% increase, marking its first positive growth since 2021. Bitfinex also mentioned that a strategy firm purchased 4,603 Bitcoins for $369.7 million between August 24th and 30th, at an average price of $80,318 each.
