The participants included employees of the office, administrative officials, and judicial personnel such as judges. This series of online training courses was lectured by anti-money laundering law experts Carmen Chena on August 19th and September 2nd, with the aim of enhancing the technical evidence collection and handling capabilities of judicial investigators in cases involving crypto crimes. The core content of the training covered paradigm shifts in asset recovery, in-depth analysis of property and finances in on-chain digital wallets, review of applicable legal frameworks both domestically and internationally, enforcement mechanisms for preservation/seizure of on-chain assets, as well as analysis of typical practical cases.
