Strive holds 23,200 bitcoins, becoming the fifth-largest holder among listed companies

According to CoinMeta, as monitored by Bitcoin News, Strive purchased 1,800 bitcoins at an average price of $79,431 each between August 24 and August 28, with a total transaction amount of approximately $143 million. Strive's bitcoin holdings increased to 23,156 coins, valued at around $1.8 billion, surpassing Bullish to become the fifth-largest holding entity among listed companies. Strive accumulated an additional 3,000 bitcoins over 15 days, purchasing 1,110 coins between August 17 and August 21 for about $81.5 million, and another 79 coins earlier in August for about $5 million. Strive CEO Matt Cole confirmed the purchase in a post on X on August 31. Strive raised approximately $154.6 million through stock issuance, of which about $143 million was used to buy bitcoins. Strive has settled its outstanding debts, currently has no margin requirements, and its bitcoins are not mortgaged.
