Important notes include: the event is only open to main accounts; sub-accounts and institutional users are not eligible to participate. There are tiered limits for subscriptions, with a minimum subscription amount of 0.001 BTC, 1 OKB, or 25 DOS. DOS that are not actively redeemed after the event will be automatically refunded to the user's funding account within 4 hours.
