According to CoinMeta, Coinbase announced the addition of six new tokenized stocks, including those of Amazon, Microsoft, and Tesla. The first batch of transactions generated a decentralized exchange trading volume of $227.7 million within about 30 days. On September 4th, Coinbase stated that Amazon (AMZNC), Microsoft (MSFTC), MicroStrategy (MSTRC), Sandisk (SNDKC), SpaceX (SPCXC), and Tesla (TSLAC) are now available on the blockchain, further expanding its range of tokenized stocks. This addition allows qualified investors to obtain investment opportunities in five listed companies and one private company (SpaceX) through tokens.
