According to CoinMeta, as monitored by Specter, an attacker is suspected of targeting a group of wallets that may be related to gomining. More than 600 addresses were involved, resulting in a loss of approximately $2.8 million. Among them, a service wallet associated with an address labeled gomining suffered a loss of around $2.79 million. Most of the stolen wallets once held GMT, which increases the likelihood that these wallets are related to the gomining ecosystem. The attacker subsequently exchanged and transferred the stolen assets across multiple chains, eventually amassing about 1,147 ETH, valued at around $2.8 million.
