According to CoinMeta, the attackers targeted the infrastructure related to Fetch.ai, NuNet, and SingularityNET to mint or extract 2.3 billion tokens, generating a profit of 17 million US dollars. The specific operations included: extracting 8.7 million FET tokens, minting 4.085 million NTX tokens, minting 8.96 million AGIX tokens, minting 5.005 million WMTX tokens, minting 4.924 million CGV tokens, and extracting 289,575 US dollars from a USDC salary contract. The attackers realized approximately 2.25 million US dollars in profits, mainly from the sales of FET. Bitquery also traced the initial extraction of ETH and BNB tokens from 16 wallets, among which four wallets were identified as belonging to “SingularityNET or NuNet employees”, suggesting a more widespread compromise of the relevant infrastructure. At the time of the report, three of the five compromised signature keys had not yet been replaced.
