According to CoinMeta, Coinbase has announced the opening of access to its initial public offering (IPO) to eligible U.S. retail customers, with the first project being the $2.2 billion listing of Oura. Coinbase states that customers can request IPO quotas through its mobile application, and Oura plans to list on NASDAQ under the stock code OURA. Oura and its existing shareholders will offer 50 million shares at a price range of $40 to $44 per share. The transaction is expected to raise approximately $2.2 billion at the highest price, and the company's fully diluted valuation is about $15.62 billion.
