At the same time, Ark Investment sold 28,403 shares of CrowdStrike through ARKW and ARKF for about $6.75 million. ARKG bought 102,565 shares of Beam Therapeutics (about $2.56 million), 100,241 shares of Ionis Pharmaceuticals (about $4.45 million), and 74,878 shares of Veracyte (about $2.98 million), increasing its holdings in Scribe Therapeutics by 61,858 shares (about $2.04 million).
