CoinMeta data: Traders expect the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates four times by June 2027, and the current price of Bitcoin ( BTC ) has fallen below $83,000. The yield on U.S. Treasury bonds continues to rise across the entire yield curve, and the market is preparing for a longer period of tight monetary policy. CME FedWatch indicates that the federal funds rate could be between 4.75% and 5% by June 2027, which means there will be four interest rate hikes from the current range of 3.75% to 4%. Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve has raised the federal funds rate by 25 basis points this month. The yield on 20-year Treasury bonds is approaching 5.5%, while the yield on 10-year bonds has exceeded 5.1%, reaching the highest level since 2007. Higher yields and a strong dollar are putting pressure on risk assets, with the Dow Jones Dollar Index climbing above 101, up 3% for the year.
