According to CoinMeta, Bybit co-founder and CEO Ben Zhou stated that the era of pure cryptocurrency exchanges has come to an end as customers seek services such as stocks, gold, and payments. He pointed out that people who trade cryptocurrencies also wish to conduct transactions in stocks, gold, foreign exchange, and derivatives on the same platform. Bybit recently launched a “Make Your Move” global campaign aimed at positioning itself as a more comprehensive financial platform. Meanwhile, several traditional cryptocurrency exchanges, including BitMEX and CoinEx, are gradually closing down.
