According to CoinMeta, UTEXO CEO Viktor Ihnatiuk is in talks with Morgan Stanley regarding the return of USDT to the Bitcoin network and global promotion cooperation, and Tether CEO Ardoino expresses support for this. UTEXO uses the RGB protocol to facilitate transfers over the Lightning Network and has received a $7.5 million seed round led by Tether.
