According to CoinMeta, Coinbase President and Chief Operating Officer Emilie Choi stated that Coinbase is among the first supporters of Trump's account initiative. Coinbase Chief Policy Officer Faryar Shirzad mentioned that the company has submitted comments to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, suggesting allowing beneficiaries to invest in widely traded digital assets or to obtain exposure to digital assets through funds, so as to align the eligible investment range with traditional IRA.
