According to CoinMeta, Meituan has announced the launch of the preview version of LongCat-2.5. This model continues to feature 1.6 trillion total parameters, approximately 48 billion activated parameters, and 1 million token contexts from LongCat-2.0. It also adds native multimodal capabilities, supporting the execution of long-process tasks in scenarios such as terminals, browsers, desktop software, spreadsheets, and design tools. LongCat-2.5-preview has been integrated with the official API and is compatible with OpenAI and Anthropic interfaces, with a maximum output length of 128k tokens. Additionally, Meituan is offering 5 million free tokens to all existing users to experience the new model, and the original token packages can still be used. The benchmark data for LongCat-2.5 has not yet been released.
